Our portable lamps feature a capacitive touch sensor and a control circuit, allowing you to effortlessly manage on/off functions and brightness settings with a simple touch. To ensure your lamp operates at its best, please consider the following tips:
- Avoid highly conductive surfaces: Do not place your lamp on materials like stainless steel, as this can interfere with its touch functionality.
- Secure the polished dome cover on the Stone portable: Make sure the dome cover is fully screwed onto the Stone portable lamp. Tighten it carefully, but avoid overtightening.
- Keep the dome or button clean: Dust on the polished dome cover or button can affect its responsiveness, so keep it clean.
- Maintain distance from high-power electronics: Position your lamp away from high-power electrical appliances such as microwaves, televisions, and radios.
- Use a firm tap: While the lamp is touch-sensitive, the dome cover or button requires a more prominent tap to activate.
- Single-finger touch: For optimal dimming control, use a single finger to tap the dome or button rather than your whole palm. The dimmer is designed to support a single touch point.
- Avoid using while charging or with quick chargers: We recommend against using your lamp while it's charging. Additionally, do not use quick chargers. Overcharging can affect the electronic components, potentially triggering faults in the dimmer, reducing the lifespan of the battery and LED, and generating excessive heat.
By following these simple guidelines, you can ensure your portable lamp provides you with reliable and optimal performance.
